Gert Bullée
As a Leerdammer, Gert Bullée was exposed to glass art at a young age. When he was sixteen he started as an apprentice glassblower at Royal Leerdam Crystal and became a master glassblower. He has worked extensively as an executive for other designers and artists. During this period he continued to develop by contacting international manufacturers and glassblowers. Since 2009, Bullée has been working as an independent glass blower at various studios. From 2011 he also makes his own designs such as the Kei series.
