Education: National Academy of Fine Arts (Amsterdam). Student of Heinrich van Campendonk. Was part of a group called De Realisten that was influenced by German Expressionism. Qualification: watercolorist, glass artist, glass painter, monumental artist, wall painter, painter, draftsman, maker of mosaics, maker of gouaches. Subjects: figure representations, landscapes, nude figures, still lifes.
Member of Hollandse Aquarellisten Kring and the Association of Practitioners of Monumental Arts.
