Jean Paul Vroom worked with lithography and screen printing combined. He worked as a designer, cinematographer, theater designer, painter, photographer, graphic artist, and illustrator. He became internationally known in particular as a designer of sets and costumes, for example for the National Ballet.
Jean Paul Vroom was educated at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and Ecole Estienne in Paris.
Vroom's work can be found in many museum, corporate and private collections, including the collection of KPN and TPG.
