Len Munnik (1945)

Teunis Leonard (Len) Munnik (Hengelo, 29 August 1945) is a Dutch cartoonist. His prints mainly focus on political themes.

Munnik studied at the graphic school. He then got a job as a designer in a printing house, and then started working as a freelance draftsman. In addition to his work for Trouw, initially mainly for columnist Bert Klei, and for Opzij, Munnik signed for various political and social organizations such as Stichting Wakker Dier, the Dierenbescherming, the Socialist Party and the Party for the Animals, Keer Het Tij, the trade unions CNV and FNV and Triodos Bank.

In 1989 Munnik won the Ton Smits Penning and in 1996 the Inktspotprijs.
