In the early years of the bakery, extensive research was carried out to manufacture a high-quality product. This resulted in beautiful decorative pottery in traditional Delft blue and polychrome from 1902. Until 1910, many products were provided with Jugendstil motifs, in addition the products were covered with shiny lead glaze.
The Dorna products are striking, which introduce a completely new decoration technique. The metallic ornaments, sometimes geometric and sometimes floral, are inspired by the Vienna Secession.
