Xeno Munninghoff (1873-1944)

1873-1944Xeno M_nninghoff was a student at the Rijksnormaalschool in Amsterdam. In 1897 he became director of the 'Evening' drawing school in Renkum. He painted, drew and lithographed figure pieces and later mainly wooded landscapes and heathland landscapes in a naturalistic style. Xeno M_nninghoff preferred to work outside in the great outdoors. Work by this painter is in the possession of the Gemeentemuseum Arnhem. Source ; rkd , shone
