The others

De Anderen was founded with the aim of promoting the artistic and social interests of 'the most modern artists'. They wanted to organize permanent exhibitions at home and abroad. Despite the good intentions, the association managed to organize only one exhibition. Theo van Doesburg painted his Mouvement héroïque especially for this exhibition.
