Here, at Kunstveiling, bought in 2020. Beautifully (floating) framed behind museum glass.
Proudly hung at home. However, after a few weeks my wife wanted the Vasarely back on the wall. Now "Tiger" is useless in a corner. I sincerely hope that I can make someone else happy with it.
You are most welcome to come and view the work in Amsterdam before bidding via the link "ask the seller a question".

The work is published by Ronald Feldman Fine Arts, Inc., New York.

The work is not signed or numbered, but is provided with copyright stamps by Feldman and Warhol on the back. These "printer proofs" were a reference for the actual printing, and were used for exhibitions and to promote the series. This silkscreen was issued in addition to the edition of 150 pieces.

In 1983, Warhol was commissioned by his friend and publisher Ron Feldman and his wife Freyda to create the Endangered Species series to raise environmental awareness. Both Freyda and Ronald were celebrated political activists who were very active philanthropists. Warhol affectionately referred to this series as his "animals in makeup," due to the bold color palette he used to render the animals as large as life.

Literature: "Andy Warhol Prints : a catalog raisonné" by Feldman and Schellmann, 2003.
