Ary Baggerman from Vianen, born on 29 April 1905, was a self-taught artist who focused mainly on painting, watercolours and graphics, with landscapes and still lifes as his main subjects. In the town hall of Vianen he organised an exhibition with work by typographer Charles Nypels. His wedding rings were designed by decorative artist Chris Agterberg.
