The work came into my possession via an auction lot of Domains, with a number of special works of art in it, which I am now offering for sale here. A large part of the works obtained can be traced back to the Patent Council in The Hague, including a number of portraits of men who have worked for this council. Mr. Alingh Prins is one of the portrayed men who was chairman of the Patent Council. There is still a fund in his name to stimulate Industrial Property Law and Science.
The work is in very good condition as far as I can judge as a layman.
No certificate of authenticity was included and the work was not seen by a specialist. Determining who, what and where was done by researching it myself.
