Cornelis Marinus van der Woerd werd op 20 september 1901 in Nijkerk geboren en overleed in 1994. Woonde en werkte in Oosterbeek. Hij was een begaafd etser van stadsgezichten, landschappen en non-figuratie. Hij was lid van " Punt '62" te Oosterbeek. Van der Woerd had tentoonstellingen in verschillende plaatsen o.a. Delft, Bocholt, Deventer en Zutphen .
