Corry Ammerlaan-van Niekerk (Alphen aan den Rijn, 1947) is a Dutch sculptor and painter.
Education: Corry Ammerlaan was educated at the PABO (Pedagogical Academy Basic Education) and initially taught. Later she developed into an artist.
The human figure is central to her work, often in an abstract form. She makes works for the public space, but also small sculptures, such as year figurines for the CliniClowns (2002, 2003) or figurines for the business community. In addition to being a performing artist, Ammerlaan is also the artistic director at the Artihove art centre.
