CORRY OLTHOF comes from a family of artists from Breda. She is known for her figurative silhouettes and figures in her paintings, which she creates using old master techniques: mixing pigments and gum arabic, dissolving paint powders in egg tempera, and then suddenly sand through the paint. or just open a tube of acrylic or oil paint.

Corry Olthof has had regular exhibitions of her works in galleries and major art festivals throughout the Netherlands since the 1970s, such as in the studio of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Art Rotterdam in the Van Nelle Factory, Art Fair Breda, ART Fair Leiden, Holland Art Fair The Hague, just to name a few.
