Due to moving I offer two original GISO opaline hanging lamps. True design classics. I have several lots available.
They are in original and perfect condition, the metal has a beautiful patina, appropriate to the age of the objects. The glass spheres are made of opaline glass and are completely pristine. The GISO lamps were made of crystal glass, which was covered with a thin layer of opal glass. The 'Giso' glass therefore let through more and paler light than the usual milk glass.
The diameter of the glass balls is 31 cm. The height of the glass shade is 25 cm. Total height including the stem is 65-70 cm. The photos were taken at my home, you see both lamps with cone-shaped and convex ceiling caps. The purchase of these 2 lamps is optionally either 2 cone-shaped or 2 convex caps.
The lamps are iconic and a jewel in every 1930s house!
