Harry Zeegers (1929), born in Brabant, son of a drawing and painting teacher, received his first lessons from his father.
He later developed his skills further at the Royal School of Art in 's Hertogenbosch.
He also obtained the MA hand drawing certificate.
In 1960 he established himself as an independent artist.
Harry Zeegers is at home in many genres, but landscapes, still lifes and flower arrangements are his preference. In addition to the oil painting technique, he often paints watercolors directly from nature.
