Hendrikus Elias Roodenburg (The Hague, 23 July 1895 – Wassenaar, 27 April 1987) was a Dutch painter and etcher. Roodenburg learned the trade from graphic artist Philippe Zilcken. He became known for his cityscapes of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Gorinchem and Utrecht, among others.
