Henri Koetser lived from 1878 to 1952. He lived and worked in Maastricht and Amsterdam until 1900, Emmen, London, Blaricum, Laren, Barneveld and Hilversum. He was a pupil of the State Academy of Amsterdam under the supervision of August Alleb and CLDake. Koetser painted and etched interiors, figures and landscapes. He became famous for his etchings after paintings by, among others, Jacob Maris. Signed in pencil 'H.Koetser' ( Lower right )

Condition: Good condition. Some water marks at the bottom of the passepartout ( see photo) Framed and protected behind glass.
