H.J. van Wijngaarden - Two oil paintings on panel, Flower still lifes - Sold

This item is auctioned by Kunstveiling on behalf of the contributor. For items offered by the Auctioneer or Auctioneer Collections themselves, the following conditions apply:

Passe-partout/frames: Damage to frames is not described. If a work is framed behind glass and the glass is broken, this will be mentioned. Passe-partouts are not guaranteed in any way and are not always included.

Edition: The edition number on the photo may differ from the correct edition number mentioned above. If we have several copies in the same condition, we will not take a new photo for each leaf.

Handling: If you are the highest bidder, you will receive an invoice from us for the purchased works by e-mail after the auction has ended. Here you will find the details regarding payment and handling.

Viewing: The purchase is covered by the Art Auction purchase guarantee. If you would still like to view a work before placing a bid, this is possible by appointment at the Kunstveiling branch in Amstelveen (Tuesday to Friday between 11:00 and 17:15). Please contact us for this.

Resale right: For works with a total price (including auction costs but excluding VAT) above 3000 euros, the legal Resale Right of a maximum of 4% applies. (This does not apply to art by artists who died more than 70 years ago). The resale right must be paid by the buyer. Kunstveiling will take care of the financial settlement of the Resale Right compensation in accordance with the stipulated provisions.
