Based on the grammage and the originator/copyright notice (MTO = Montreux Tourist Office/Organization), it is a poster that was intended as a notice at the time. Subsequent editions exist in higher grammage (250 g/sqm, the poster would fall off again when pasted) and with different originators/copyright notices and are now also reproduced using digital printing.
