Livio de Marchi is an Italian artist. He is originally from Venice, where he studied at the local art academy. Initially he worked with bronze and marble, but wood quickly became his favorite material. In the late 1990s he had an exhibition at Galerie de Lieve Hemel in Amsterdam, where I also bought these two booklets. He caused a sensation by sailing through the canals of Amsterdam in a carved wooden car. Today he has a gallery in Venice. I sell two booklets at the same time, not separately.
