Nice landscape by the Belgian artist Mia Moreaux (Ostend 1950).
Mia Moreaux : ' I made this batik work in the 1970s. It is a landscape from our neighbourhood. The white mill was then in a very bad condition and has since been restored.'
The batik is on linen and stretched on board. The dimensions of the wooden frame are in cm.: 41 x 5 x 29 (lxwxh), the landscape is: 26 x 15. The painting is signed and is in good condition.
