- Paulus Adrianus Maria (Paul) Klemann (born 23 February 1960 in Utrecht) is a Dutch draftsman, painter and photographer.
Between 1980 and 1984, Klemann trained in Den Bosch at the Royal Academy of Art and Design. He rose to prominence in 1993 when he won first prize in the Prix de Rome with a series of drawings.
