Please note: this offer concerns a complete set of these four collages (perfect condition) More information about the artist: Peter Bes, born in 1945 in Den Helder and has lived and worked for a long time in Anna Paulowna in the northern part of North Holland. In the sixties, Bes first studied at the then Rijksnormaalschool and later at the Rijksacademie in Amsterdam. He regularly exhibited at home and abroad and participated in Graphic Biennales and Triennials in Switzerland (Grenchen, 1979 and 1982), Poland (Krakow, 1978), Bulgaria (Varna, 1985), Germany (Dortmund, 1993) and the United States. States (San Francisco, 1980). In 1980 he received the first prize for portrait graphics in Tuzla, in the former Yugoslavia. An intriguing play of light and dark can be observed in Peter Bes' oeuvre, which leaves a 'cinematic' impression. He himself says about this: 'What happens in films in a series of images, I have to capture in one moment. I opt for a staging, for the decor, in which I place the figures.
