Peter van den Braken (Eindhoven, 1896 - ibid., 1979) was a Dutch figurative painter from North Brabant. He was self-taught, although he was influenced by father and son Anton Kruysen.
Van den Braken lived in many places and he also travelled a lot. He painted mainly landscapes and still lifes, based on his memory and sketches. He also made many paintings abroad that depicted the authentic North Brabant landscape.
The Peter van den Braken Centre in Sterksel is named after him, where works by him and contemporaries related to him are exhibited.
