Multiple with 4 porcelain cups and matching stirrers in original wooden box. Number 47 of edition of 100 from 1992.
The porcelain cups measure 9x4 cm. The top is rough cracked after drying and pre-firing. The white porcelain is 1/10th dipped in grey glaze. The stirrers are similarly white/grey glazed.
Pieter Stockmans' multiples are characterised by repetition of the basic shape, each with a unique look due to the dipping in glaze and the distortion of the bright white base porcelain.
