A cool knob vase from De Porceleyne Fles (Model IV 83 Japanese bottle small) This vase has the so-called A-decor with flowers and other floral motifs. Although the vase is smooth and round in shape, the decoration has a front and back as shown in the photos. The design shows an elegant image with a flattened shoulder, a slender tapering long neck, small knob and narrow flared mouth painted with recess technique.
