Blaise Drummond (1967) was born in Liverpool to Irish parents.
His work, mostly in the form of paintings, drawings and sculpture, is centered around ideas about the natural world, the landscape and its representation, architecture and design. In 2006, he also began an ongoing collaboration for a body of print work with American-born, Paris-based publisher and master printer, Michael Woolworth. Drummond is involved in many art book projects, including Louis Vuitton.
His work is in numerous museum, public and private collections around the world.
Drummond lives and works in the middle of rural Ireland.
