Minkō is vooral bekend om zijn geïllustreerde boek van ambachtslieden Saiga Shokunin Burui, dat in 1770 en 1771 in twee delen werd uitgebracht. Het is beschreven als "Waarschijnlijk het beste kappazuri-werk dat ooit in Japan is gemaakt en een zeer interessant verslag van hedendaags vakmanschap." Hoewel ambachtelijke afbeeldingen niet bijzonder populair waren in vergelijking met werken met kabuki-acteurs of courtisanes, hielp de kwaliteit van zijn werk het boek werd meteen een succes.
De twee delen werden in 1784 herdrukt met een inleiding door Ota Shokusan, een beroemde schrijver uit die tijd. Een andere herdruk werd gemaakt in 1916, hoewel deze was gedrukt met polychrome houtblokken, niet met sjabloneren.
Deze prent is gedrukt op handgeschept papier, dus waarschijnlijk 18e eeuw.
