Uniek artist proof exemplaar, deze Lithografie is daarna nooit meer in oplage verschenen. Verkeert in zeer goede staat. Potlood-gesigneerd. Beeldmaat 70x50cm (BxH). Bladmaat 80x60cm.
Luis Filcer (Zhytomir, 1927) was born in Ukraine. When he was six months old, the family fled to Mexico because of the persecution of the Jews after the Russian revolution. At the age of sixteen, Filcer was admitted to the Academia de San Carlos where he took lessons in the morning while working with his father in the clothing company in the afternoon. After winning a prestigious prize, he received a grant to take lessons in Paris, Rome and the Netherlands for two and a half years. Here he discovered the work of Francisco de Goya, who would remain a great source of inspiration next to Van Gogh. Filcer remained in the Netherlands for a long time, but eventually returned to Mexico, where he is seen as one of the most important Mexican painters of the 20th century. He himself says: “I paint all my experiences, including my fantasies and demons; I am an expressionist and I paint what makes my feelings touch. " His paintings do not show ideal images but investigate themes of social (un) justice.

Graag een berichtje/mailtje vooraf om daar een afspraak voor in te kunnen plannen. Na afloop van de veiling kunt u (afhankelijk van het formaat en de kwetsbaarheid van het betreffende item) kiezen uit diverse verzend (Postnl) /bezorg (Swift of onze eigen koerier) en/of afhaalopties. Het verpakken gebeurt zorgvuldig en met voldoende materiaal (noppenfolie/mdf-platen) om evt. schade tot een minimum te beperken. Bij meerdere aankopen zullen wij waar mogelijk, gecombineerd verzenden om de kosten voor u zo laag mogelijk te houden. Ophalen kan op ieder gewenst moment tot 1 maand na aankoop! Heeft u langer de tijd nodig is dat ook altijd bespreekbaar.
