This photo is from the 2011 RAINER Series “Unfinished into Death – The Angels Series”. The original photo was made by Rene Rietmeyer whereby Arnulf Rainer worked over his photo to “improve” it. This photo was made for the limited Edition series with 12 photos and exhibited at the Venice Biennale 2011.

For the series “Unfinished into Death – The Angels Series” 24 photos printed, 12 different photos from this series have been published as the limited Edition. This photo is nr. 20 from the series “Unfinished into Death – The Angels Series”. In this large size there have been printed only six copies, the edition number is embossed in the paper and in the certificate of Authenticity.

This photo is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl 320 gr/m2, the best paper possible for this type of photography. The paper is 70x60 cm
